Crown2u8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly when processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
Crown2u8 operates for players based in Malaysia. The Crown2u8 platform is not intended for individuals in regions or countries where online betting is prohibited under local law. It is the member's own responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws.
You are solely responsible for keeping your Crown2u8 username and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the member's name. Crown2u8 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Members must complete basic identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Full KYC verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within a 24-hour period.
Any Crown2u8 account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (no logins, deposits, or bets) will be subject to a maintenance fee of RM10 per month until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Crown2u8 will send a notification 30 days before the fee takes effect.
Crown2u8 does not accept cash or direct bank transfers. Please ensure you use only the payment methods listed above. Crown2u8 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of unofficial payment methods.

All these tools are accessible directly from your Crown2u8 account settings without needing to contact customer support. Limits set take effect immediately and cannot be increased within 24 hours of the last change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Crown2u8 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:
Crown2u8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, legal compliance requirements, or upon request by a lawful authority. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.
You may close your Crown2u8 account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat or by emailing support@crown2u8.net. Before closure, ensure all active bets have been settled and your account balance has been withdrawn. Crown2u8 will process closure requests within 3 business days.
Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access the Crown2u8 platform using that account. Any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5 business days.
